Do you already have a hotel or cruise in mind for your trip, but you’d like to take advantage of the added benefits we offer clients? These include spa credits, upgrades, complimentary daily breakfast and more. We can secure your booking to include these benefits (where eligible) on a complimentary basis.
*This is complimentary service when spending $500 or more per night.
*In the case of cancellations, hotel/cruise changes, date changes, etc. a $100 fee per person will apply.

We can match you to your dream hotel that will perfectly fit your vision. We will book your accommodations and you will receive VIP amenities (where eligible ) such as spa credits, upgrades, complimentary daily breakfast and more.

Want to leave every detail to the experts? Let us research, plan and obsess over every detail! This includes airfare, accommodations, transportation, unique experiences, guiding, dining, spa & local recommendations to fit your tastes. Your final itinerary is curated exactly to your specifications.
The custom planning & design fee is based upon the number of travelers and destinations, as well as trip scope. Custom itineraries require a minimum $450 project initiation fee which is to be paid at the time of signing.
Up to five nights of travel - $450+
Over five nights but under 10 nights of travel - $650+
Over 10 nights of travel - $850+
*these rates are based upon 4 travelers
*change of destination will incur a new planning fee
*additional fees will incur depending on trip scope and complexity
*all requests received within 6 weeks of travel will be charged an additional fee

what should i budget for my trip?
Bell Adams Travel’s area of expertise is high end travel. We work with five-star hotels, resorts, boutique properties & safari camps. As a general rule, the hotels we specialize in began at $700 - $1,000 per room per night. Full package ground services (car/driver, unique experiences, private guides) typically start at $1,000 per day.
what about flights?
Bell Adams Travel maintains a comprehensive knowledge of airlines, classes of service & equipment. Tickets are subject to ticketing fees and we offer 24/7 support should any issues arise. Have points or miles? No problem! We are not mileage or points specialists; however, we can direct you to trusted experts.
I usually book hotels through Amex. Why should I book with you?
Bell Adams Travel offers better perks through our own preferred partner programs with hotels around the globe. Our relationships with hotel owners and general managers result in added amenities, upgrades and fun surprises for our VIP clients.
Can you book villas or rental homes?
We have a wonderful network of trusted villa partners around the globe. We do not work with websites such as VRBO or Airbnb. Our goal is to guarantee a wonderful travel experience every time and we cannot do so with these websites.

Do you plan itineraries or offer recommendations if I book hotels independently?
In order to create a seamless travel experience for our clients, we must book all accommodations. We do offer personalized recommendations; however, these services are reserved for our Custom Travel Planning & Design clients.
