I cannot speak more highly of Katie as she made our recent two week trip to Italy/Paris beyond enjoyable. From the handwritten letters in the hotels upon arrival, to the car service lined up making traveling between cities such a breeze, she really went above and beyond for us. We planned this trip prior to covid, and once covid hit, she completely pivoted with us and helped us re-plan once restrictions were lifted, all while holding our hand through the process and making sure we stayed up to date on all announcements for U.S. travelers. She has the best recommendations and was able to completely cater our trip to our travel style. She is just the best!
